Refund Policy

1. Overview
Forgemoji currently offers a free plan. The paid Pro subscription has not yet launched. This policy applies to all future paid transactions once the Pro plan becomes available.
2. Subscription Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
All prices are in USD. Final amounts may vary depending on applicable taxes in your region.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings — no reason required, no cancellation fee.
After cancellation, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. The current billing period's charge is non-refundable.
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: If a system error causes you to be charged twice for the same period, we will issue a full refund.
- Extended service outage: If the service is continuously unavailable for more than 72 hours during your subscription period (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may request a pro-rated refund.
- First-time subscribers: If you subscribe for the first time and believe the service substantially differs from its description, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Unused service during an active subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (AI output is probabilistic and no specific outcome is guaranteed).
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@forgemoji.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your order number or transaction date
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a dispute with your payment provider, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date and will not affect transactions made prior to the update.
