What to include in your first message
The more specific the first message, the more useful the reply. These are the details that help us act on it:
- Your browser and OS (macOS Safari 17, Windows Chrome 124, etc). If you are reporting a bug, this is the first thing we ask.
- If relevant, include the emoji pair and the approximate time the issue occurred. Do not send sensitive information.
- Which platform you are trying to upload the result to (Discord, Slack, Telegram, iMessage, Instagram). The rules differ a lot per platform.
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot or short screen recording can help explain the issue.
About responses
Response times vary with availability and message volume; we cannot guarantee a reply window.
- For bug reports, include the affected page, steps to reproduce, and browser or device details.
- For questions or feature ideas, describe what you were trying to do and what would help.

File format, size, or dimensions may be one cause. Check the destination platform's current requirements and our platform guides. If the issue persists, tell us which platform and the error message.
